YouthScape at the Senate

On March 7, Natasha Blanchet-Cohen of the International Institute for Child Rights and Development (IICRD) spoke on behalf of the Foundation to the Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology: Study on social inclusion and cohesion in Canada.
Her presentation highlighted YouthScape—a program launched in 2006 by the Foundation and IICRD, to involve excluded or disengaged youth in planning and implementing community development initiatives—and its implications for youth engagement in Canada. To watch Natasha’s presentation, click here (presentation begins at 17 minute mark).
