Taking place May 20, the seCatalyst Gala will showcase inspiring speakers, social enterprise pitches in a Dragons’ Den style format, and expert judges to raise the profile of Vancouver Island social enterprises and the social enterprise sector as a whole.
Following the Gala, on May 21, a Day of Learning will bring together organizations considering social enterprise, existing enterprises, and experts in the field, for a day-long skills-building conference focused on delivering practical and relevant learning to help social enterprises launch and expand.

Travel Grants Available: With support from the Foundation and the Community Knowledge Exchange, the Summit will provide travel grants to Canadian open data leaders, including five to Canadian youth leaders enrolled at a Canadian college or university. Deadline to apply is April 2.
