Pour 3 Points’ raison d’être is to reduce social inequalities by supporting the development of young people in disadvantaged areas through an approach that tends to redefine the power relationship between coaches and young people. Thus, it seemed healthy and coherent for the organization to take a critical look at its relationship to power and to encourage individual and organizational reflection toward this end.

It is in this spirit, and following a deep reflection on the part of the organization’s founder, that at the beginning of 2019, Pour 3 Points chooses to begin an active process to evolve into an organization with a shared power management model.
