Ian Bird named CEO of Community Foundations of Canada

The Foundation congratulates Ian Bird, leader of McConnell grantee Sport Matters Group and former Olympian, who will become Community Foundations of Canada (CFC)’s new CEO.

Ian will succeed Monica Patten who has overseen CFC’s growth from 28 members in 1993 to 170 community foundations today.
