Emerging Northern Leadership Initiative

Grant description:

Tides Canada has been working with emerging leaders in the North to connect and enhance their efforts through the creation of a broader network. Already active in the Northwest Territories and Yukon, Tides Canada plans to deepen its support in Nunavut, and to integrate all three networks into one broader northern Indigenous leadership initiative.

A grant from the Foundation to Tides Canada will support the development of the Nunavut network and strengthening of the broader networks, contribute to meetings and demonstration projects in each region, and fund a comprehensive evaluation of the process and outcomes.
