A grant from the Foundation will support the Restoration and Empowerment for Social Transition Centre’s work to provide youth with remote counseling with a qualified counsellor, to help them navigate access to income supports and housing, and deal with mental health challenges.
Background of the organization
Restoration and Empowerment for Social Transition or (R.E.S.T.) Center is a charity primarily engaged in interventions aimed at promoting transition to housing programs that provide diverse, multi-faceted supports for youth leaving the care system in its preventive efforts to end homelessness.
