MakeWay builds partnerships and solutions to help nature and communities thrive together. MakeWay partners with community leaders, philanthropists, foundations, and governments in order to build momentum and amplify impact.

 

Grant description:

This grant will support the adaptation of the Together Project’s Welcome Group Program to incorporate remote social support into existing program activity and provide assistance to 25-30 vulnerable newcomer families facing integration challenges and social isolation.
