Background of the organization

Established in 1993, Equiterre is a key agent of change in the Quebéc environmental space. The organization seeks to make the necessary collective transitions towards an equitable and environmentally sound future more tangible, accessible and inspiring.

 

Project description

Equiterre is undertaking a digital shift to increase the efficiency of its mobilization strategies. The Foundation’s funding will allow Equiterre to implement new digital tools to support continued civic involvement in environmental issues and democratic processes related to a just transition and climate change. The organization will also develop tools to better evaluate its interventions and thus increase its positive impacts.
