The Winnipeg Boldness Project is a social innovation initiative working to identify effective mechanisms to improve life outcomes for young children in the Point Douglas area of the North End in Winnipeg. As a project focused on research and development through social innovation, Boldness works in partnership with community-based organizations to test possible solutions to determine their effectiveness to achieve the Bold goal: children and families in Point Douglas Winnipeg will experience dramatically improved wellbeing in all aspects of self — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Grant Description
A grant from the Foundation would support communications, community intervention and evaluation work, with the goal of supporting the transition to focusing on scaling and systems change.
