Universities Canada is the member association for Canada’s 96 universities, providing a unified voice for higher education, research and innovation. Universities Canada produces many publications, including University Affairs, runs scholarship programs and advocates for universities and improved student assistance.

 

Grant Description:

A grant from the foundation will enable Universities Canada to embed a focus on social impact into the fabric of Canadian post-secondary education. Specifically this will involve hiring a new full-time staff member to build and disseminate an inventory of best-practices, to better connect a Community of Practice of leading institutions and to foster opportunities for collective action.
