Montreal Fluency Centre

Background

The Montreal Fluency Centre was established in 1998. Its mission includes development and provision of speech and language services to augment and extend the services provided by the public sector. In addition, the Centre conducts training workshops across North America and participates in a variety of research initiatives.

Full Description

With the Foundations support the Centre embarked on an expansion program. It will relocate from its current cramped quarters and augment the number of programs and clinical staff. It will also pilot a distance therapy program to reach remote and under-serviced areas a delivery model of potential interest in other parts of Canada.
