CSL Awards—Winners Announced!

The Foundation is pleased to highlight the winners of the Community Service-Learning (CSL) Awards, which recognize successful community initiatives supported by robust community service-learning programs.
Announced May 11th at the 2012 Canadian Alliance for Community Service-Learning Conference at the University of Saskatchewan, the following community-university project winners take home a share of $30,000 in prizes: Lakehead University’s Food Security Research Network; l’Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières’ l’Université de la Rue and l’Écol’Hôtel K; the University of Ottawa’s Ecojustice environmental law clinic; and the University of British Columbia‘s The Aboriginal Community as Teacher program.
